The surgeon makes small incisions or holes in the bald section and then inserts the follicles in groups of one to three. This simulates natural hair placement. The skilled surgeon can also insert the hair in a way that allows it to lay in the direction of the natural growing hair for a look that is not noticeable. In fact, the surgeon can give results that are very hard to detect.

Hair implants, or hair plugs as they are also known, are becoming the method of choice for treating baldness. If you have a bald spot they are quick and long lasting. The cost of hair plugs is really not that great when you consider there is very little after procedure cost. Also, there is no fear of the hair falling off like a toupee’. The cost for Cable TV for me was 73 dollars a month.  That's a total of $876 dollars a year.  I’m not just a casual TV watcher.I watch way more TV then I should but I enjoy every second of my 3 hours a day.The main reason for me to get rid of cable was to help me build a larger nest egg just in case I get laid off.I can not even think of one single TV show that I am not allowed to watch for free online after it airs.  Providing you have high speed internet access  that is.

I’m not talking about illegal file downloading sites or pirate sites that are filled with trojans and the like.I'm not reffering to those watch a billion channels on your PC junk programs.  Simple places like Hulu and Fancast are all ad supported video outlets that allow you to watch hundreds of TV shows and Movies at will.  They normally air every TV the next day after it played live.

Besides using great sites like these for my entertainment you can even go to the makers of whatever TV show you like so much and watch it there as well.Often times wathcing it on the TV networks site is better because you can get it in HD, how sweet is that.  As stated you still need to ensure you have enough bandwidth.  DSL will work but for most people you need to make sure you have around 6 Mbps download speeds.  Look here for a list of USA internet providers.  They break down each provider by state.
