Lately, I’ve been hearing a lot of echoed comments about no matter how hard you work at losing them; those love handles just refuse to disappear. Some days it seems common sense to think that just looking at a food photo is fattening.Almost as if there is some secret carb that can sneak under your belt line and you might have just gotten to close.

Maybe they call them love handles because they will not go away.

Do you suppose we have been lied to when it was suggested they were there for improving the groove? I don’t know about the rest of you but I am fed up with constantly trying to get rid of them.Most of the solutions I try to get rid of them shrink my bank balance rather then where I really want to lose a bit of excess fat.

I had a dream that they were this awful give of curse from a women that I once dated. She had this voodoo doll of me and was Super-Gluing Pillsbury Doughboy pieces to me. I woke up in a cold sweat and it hit me what a good idea it was when I broke it off with her.I never really thought she was nuts?Possibly it’s just my over the top diet that’s driving me nuts.
